Chocolate Brazil Nut Milk

  • 1 Cup Brazil Nuts Soaked for at least 3 hours
  • 3-4 Cups Water
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt
  • 2-4 Dates Depending of your sweet tooth
  • 1-2 tbsp Cacao Depending of your love of Chocolate

Instructions

  • Begin by soaking the Brazil nuts for at least 3 Hours. This is a VERY important step so please do not skip.
  • After you have soaked and rinsed your nuts, add them along with the rest of the ingrdients into your high power blender. Remember to adjust the amount of dates and Cacao powder depending on your tastes. Blend for a few minutes until your milk is creamy in appearence.
  • Grab yourself a large bowl or contain and your nut milk bag and start to pour your milk through the nut milk bag making sure the bowl is large enough to accomodate around 1 litre of fluid. Make sure you strain all the fluid out of your nut milk bag, every single yummy drop. This can take a while and can be a little of the labour intensive side but stick with it!
  • When you have squeezed out every last drop of milk all you need to do is decant the collected milk into a container of choice. I like to use glass bottles but thats just me.
  • Keep your milk refrigerated and drink within 2-3 days.
